All sales are final. Memberships grant immediate access to the community and its content, so purchases are not refundable once access has been provided, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee.

You may cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately; it does not refund a completed charge, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If something has gone wrong — you were charged in error, or you cannot access what you paid for — open a case in our Resolution Center. Each case is reviewed individually on its facts.

No outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in this agreement promises a winning record, a return on your wagers, or any financial result.

5. User Conduct

We maintain a strict code of conduct in our community channels. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or solicitation of other members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
